York County mobile golf simulator rentals

TeeBox2U serves events in York County, including York, Wrightsville, Mount Wolf and surrounding communities. We bring the simulator to your host location, so your group can enjoy golf as part of the celebration you already have planned. A customer appreciation night, employee celebration or fundraiser can use short-shot competitions to give more guests a turn. Send the exact event address when requesting a quote so we can confirm travel, access and setup space. See our corporate event options.

Dauphin County and Harrisburg mobile golf simulator rentals

Host a mobile golf event in Harrisburg, Hershey, Hummelstown, Middletown or elsewhere in Dauphin County. TeeBox2U can add interactive golf to a company holiday party, client reception, private celebration or venue social. Winter events can take place indoors when the room meets our space and clearance requirements. We review the proposed location before booking, including overhead fixtures, guest circulation and access. A winter golf social can feature quick challenges while guests enjoy the rest of your event.

What your rental includes

Delivery, professional setup, calibration, live event operation and breakdown are included. The simulator uses a projection screen, hitting mat and SkyTrak+ shot tracking. Choose casual golf, closest-to-the-pin challenges or longest-drive contests to suit your audience and schedule. For larger crowds, short contests allow guests to rotate through the activity.

Indoor and outdoor setup requirements

Provide a flat 17-by-17-foot area. Indoor locations need at least 11 feet of ceiling clearance. Two standard 110V/120V outlets must be available within 100 feet; a generator can be quoted separately. Venue Wi-Fi is preferred, and we confirm connectivity and available game modes during planning. Outdoor setups depend on suitable weather and site conditions.

Travel, pricing and availability

Our standard service area is within 30 miles of Mount Joy. Locations elsewhere in Lancaster, York or Dauphin County may require additional travel charges. County coverage does not mean every address is within the standard radius. We confirm the event address, timing, setup needs and any travel charges in your quote.
