York County coverage and travel
We serve York, Wrightsville, Mount Wolf and surrounding York County communities from our Mount Joy base. Tell us your full event address, not just the town, so we can confirm coverage and travel. Our standard service area is within 30 miles of Mount Joy; additional travel charges may apply outside that radius.
Company events with an activity guests can join
A simulator can give an employee celebration, client appreciation night or networking reception a shared focal point. Guests can take a few shots between conversations while our operator helps them use the simulator. Choose a closest-to-the-pin challenge for quick turns or a longest-drive contest for friendly competition. Explore corporate golf simulator rentals.
For planning, share your guest count, event length and whether people will join throughout the evening or play in a scheduled group. We will discuss a format that works with the rest of your event.
Fundraisers and group competitions
Planning a York County fundraiser or community gathering? A golf challenge can be one activity within your larger program. We can discuss casual participation, closest-to-the-pin play or longest-drive contests, and review the space needed for guests to watch and rotate through. Tell us how you want the activity to fit your event before choosing a format.
Private parties and wedding celebrations
Bring golf to a birthday, bachelor party or backyard gathering without sending the group to a separate facility. For wedding celebrations, we review the venue location and schedule so play fits the day. See private parties and wedding entertainment.

York event planning questions
Can a large group use the simulator?
Share the number of guests and your event schedule. Short contests let participants rotate through; a full round takes a different format. We will discuss the fit without promising a fixed number of players per hour.
Is delivery to my York County address included?
Delivery is part of the rental service, but travel charges depend on the location. We confirm the address, any travel charges and your event-specific price in the quote.
